HomeMy WebLinkAbout621ORDINANCE N0. ~'°? ~ AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA' PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NOS. 475 AND. 522 0~' SAID COUNTY The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte; State of Cali- fornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance ~Tb. 475 of said County as amended by Ordinance No. 522, do ordain,-as followst SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be, `and it is hereby zoned as an "M-2" (Heavy Industrial) District, as hereinafter described and subject to all of the restricted uses applicable to the uses of an "M-2'~ District, said area so zoned being located in the community of Oroville, California, particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Quarter Corner common to Sections 19 and 30 of T. 19 N. R. /a.E; thence southerly along Half Section line to Quarter Corner common to Sections 30 and 31 of said township; thence easterly to Northeast Corner of said Section 31; thence southerly along section line to Southeast Corner of said section; thence easterly to Quarter Quarter Corner common to Section 32 of said township and Section 5 of T. ~.$ N. R. 1~.E; thence Northerly along Quarter Quarter line to its intersection with. the Southern Pacific rights-of-way and irregularly along said right-of-way to its intersection with section line common to Sections 20 and 29 of T. 19 N.
