¢ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF COUNTY REAL
PROPERTY (Government Code Section 25526 et seq.)

6 WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
q State of California, did on the 21st day of August, 1962, pass and
8 adopt a resolution entitled, "Resolution and Notice Declaring
9 Intention to Sell Real Property"; and
i0 WHEREAS, notice of said intended sale was given in
].1 accordance with Section 25528 of the Government Code of the State
12 of California; and
13 WHEREAS, the real property was sufficiently described in
l~k said notice of intention to locate the same and the same was
15 located within the County of Butte, State of Californ9a; and
16 WHEREAS, GEORGE WITSCHY of 671 Damrow Lane, Paradise,
lq California, and PHIL E. ALOE of 5947 Hayes Lane, Paradise,
18 California, submitted the highest written proposal at said sale,
19 to wit, the sum of $13,550000; and
20 WHEREAS, no higher bid was obtainable, and said bid so
21 received was above the minimum set in said resolution of intention
22 NOWt THEREFOREr BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
23 SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTEL STATE OE' CALIFORNIAr as fOllOw
24 1. That the written proposal and bid of GEORGE WITSCHY
25 and PHIL E. ALOE in the sum of $13,550.00 is hereby accepted.
26 2. That PHIL E. ALOE has heretofore authorized convey=
27 ance to be made to GEORGE WiTSC~iY and FRANCES WITSCHY; that the
28 Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to execute and
29 deliver to GEORGE J'. WITSCHY and FRANCES WITSCHY a grant deed
30 to the property upon receipt by the County of Butte of the sum
31 of $13,550v00
32 3. That the said real property to be conveyed by the

County of Butte unto GEORGE J. rn7ZTSCHY and FRANCES WITSCHY is
situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and described
in Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butter
State of California, No. 62-77, dated the 21st day of August,
1962.
4o The foregoing resolution was duly adopted and passed
at a regular open meeting of said Board held on-the 27th day of
November, 1962, upon roll call by the following vote:
AXES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger,
and Chairman Alldredge
