RESOLUTION No. 62- 106
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORDER DIRECTING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Section 25363 of the Government Code)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has determined that the hereinafter
described real property is not necessary for the use of the
County; and
WHEREAS, it is the unanimous judgment of the Berard of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, that the property does not
exceed in value the sum of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS 075.00}; and
WT3EREAS, the County has been requested by HARD'Y':~L.
BLATCHLEY to give to him a Quit Claim Deed to clear the title
to the hereinafter described propertye
NOWt THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
pF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE as follows:
1. That the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed to the
following described property, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, described as follows:
That part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter o£ Section 14, in Township I9 North, Range 4
East, M.D.B. & Pao, lying South and East of a line
parallel to and 30 feet North and west of Butte and
Plumas Railway, said centerline being described as
follows:
Starting at a point on the South line of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 14, 154
feet West of the Southeast corner of said quarter ,quarter
section thence North 45° 3l' East 215.43 feetp thence
along a 20° curve to the left 5.1 feet to a point in
the .East lane of said quarter quarter section, 150 feet
North of the Southeast quarter of said quarter quarter
section.
in exchange for the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized to

1 to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to said Quit Claim

3 The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
4 I Steinegger who moved its adoption,
5 ! seconded by Supervisor Giles and said
6 Resolution was passed this 18th day of lYecemb.2.z , 196`2, on roll
7 call by the following vote;
8 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Steinegger and Chairman Alldredge
9 NOES; None
10 A$SENT: Supervisors Pittman and Pryde
