HomeMy WebLinkAbout623.._. . .~~ _ ~',.P ,~~~ ORDINANCE NOo ~ Z 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTEa STATE OF CALIFORNTAfl ZONING A PORTION dF SAID COUNTY PURSUANT TO EXISTING ORDINANCE NOS, 175 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 7+75 0#' said County, being--the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County as amended by Ordinance Noo 522, do ordain as follows: SECTION l.~ The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be, and it 'is hereby, coned ae an teR-1'~ (Residential) District ari hereinafter dBSCribed and sub3ect to all of the restricted uses applicable to the uses of an ~Rml" Districts said area so zoned being located in~:tlie;.community of Paradise, California, particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 16 of T. 22 N. R: 3E~ M.D.B.M; thence northerly along section line approximately.2659.1$ feet to the northeast corner of Lot No. $0 as indicated on recorded map of the Paradise Palisades Subdivision, Unit No. l; thence westerly along northerly line of said Lot No. $0 approximately 596.72 feet to a point on the easterly line of Lot No. $l; thence northerly, westerly and irregularly to the northeast corner of said Section 16; thence southwesterly ~bo the center of said Section 16; thence southerly along half section line to the quarter corner common to Sections l6 and 21; thence easterly along sec-~ion line to the point of beginning. ~ ~~~.
