AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
PURSUANT TO ORDNANCE NOS. 475 AND 522
of sAli~ eoUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California under and pursuant to Ordinance 475 of said County, being
th® Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County as amended by Ordinance
522 of said County, do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be coned as an o~A-R" {Agricultural
Residential) District, as hereinafter described and sub3ect to all of
the restricted uses applicable to sn "A-R" ]7istriat,~said area so-zoned
being ~.®cated .south of the'-City of .ghco~~~~ California, described par-
ticularly as £ollowsi
Beginning at a point oI' intersection oi' State Highway .32 and.
section"line common to Sections 29 and 30 of T. 22 N.. R. 2E,
M.D.B.I~T.; thence northerly along section line to its intersection
with the Boundary Line of the Chi co, City T,imits; thence westerly
and irregularly along said City Boundary and its extension to the
centerline of Fir Street; thence southerly along said centerline
of Fir Street to the centerline of said State Highway 32; thence
easterly along said State Highway 32 to the point of beginning.
