BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 626
AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDIlVANCE
NO, 62d BY PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE LATE
REGISTRATION OF DOGS AND KENNELS,
The Board of Supervisors o£ the County of Butte, State of California
da ordain as follows: ,
Section 2 of Butte County Ordinance No, 620 is hereby amended to
add the following:
(c) The penalty for late registration shall be One Dollar ($1, OQ).
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its passage, and
before the expiration o£ fifteen days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same in
Oroville Press a newspaper of general circulation published in
the County of Butte, State o£ California.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted and passed by the Board
o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeti
held on the 11th day of August, 1958, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors fllack~ Huggins Kepple~ Pryde and
Chairman Alexander
NOES: None
