AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 625 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,

,g THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Buttes State of California,
'4 do ordain as follows:
,5 ].. That Section 28 of Ordinance No. 625 of the County of Butte is
g hereby amended as follows:
7 (a) That the number of positions for the Classification Title
~I g Group Counselor Trainee shall be changed from (1} to (2} as fnllows:

(b) That the total number of positions shall be changed from

This Ordinance is for the immediate preservation of public peace and

safety, to provide security at the Juvenile Hall, and shall take effect

immediately and upon its adoption; and after the data of its adoption and
16
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its adoption said Ordinance
17
shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against
!18
the same in the ~,Aiees Nerta's , a newspaper published in the
19
County of Butte.
