HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-004 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 72 ].3 14 15 i6 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 63-~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTF30RIZING CONVEYANCE OF COUNTY REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, did on the 4th day of June, 1962, pass and adopt a resolution entitled, "Resolution and Notice Declaring Intention to Sell Real Property"; and WHEREAS, notice of said intended sale was given in accord- ance with Section 25528 of the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, did on the 25th day of June, 1962, pass a resolution entitled, "Resolution Accepting Bid for Purchase of County Real Property"; and WHEREAS, SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY, a California corporation, was the intended vendee; and WHEREAS, by mistake said property was conveyed to SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY COMPANY; and WHEREAS, it is now necessary to make reconveyance to SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY to put title in the proper mannero NOW, THEREFOREr BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY a deed to said parcel as described in that certain deed dated January 8, 1963. 2. That this resolution is for the sole purpose of putting title in the proper name. 3. The foregoing resolution was duly adopted and passed at a regular, open meeting of said Board held on the 8th day of January, 1963, upon roll call by the following vote: -1- l! 1" AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKiilop, Pryde and Chairman Steinegger $ NOES: None 3''.
