A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF .SUPERVISORS QI' THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO LEASE REAL PROPERTX TO THE CHICO AREA
RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT.
WHEREAS the County of Butte is the owner of certain real
property referred to as the Bidwell River Park, situate in the
County of Butte and fully described in Butte County Ordinance
No. 467, Section 111; and
'WHEREAS the Chico Area Recreation and Park District desires
to lease said property for the period of twenty (20) years and
assume the operation and maintenance of said area; and
W~REAS the Wildlife Conservation Board of the State of
California desires to sublease a portion of said property for
the purpose of making certain capital improvements. there on;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Chariman of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California be,
and he is hereby authorized to execute the Lease and Agreement
on the behalf of the County of Butte, and to execute the same
leasing said property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of January ~
1963, by the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde & Chairman Steinegger
