RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH HIGHWAYS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereinafter described County roads be declared
through highways and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to have
legal stop signs erected at the necessary entrances thereto.
1. PLUMAS AVENUE, from the easterly right-of-way line of 12th Street
to the City Limits of the City of Oroville.
2. 14TH STREET, from the northerly right-of-way line of State
Highway Route 21A to the southerly right-of-way line of Oro Tres Vias
Highway.
3. SHERIDAN ,AVENUE, from the northerly right-of-way line of Filbert
Street to the southerly right-of-way line of Filbert Street.
A11 ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
Ln conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor Giles
who moved its adoption, seconded by Stia.pervisor
Alldredge , and adopted February 13 , 1863
