RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO EXECUTE.RIGHT,OF WAY CERTIFICATION
FOR FAS PROJECT.528(L~) - CLARK.ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS i-IEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board. is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Right-of-Way certification No> 3 in
the name of the County of Butte, said document dated March 12, 1963•
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors at a regular meeting thereof on the 12th day of March., 1963,
by the following vote by roll call:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Gales, I~cILalJ.op, Pryde and Chairman Steinegger
