FOflt THE DAYTQN CEMETARY DISTRICT
TirIiEREAS, a portion of the instruments of a petition requesting
the formation of a Gemetary 7]istriet in the Dayton area were filed
on September 7, 1960, and
WHEREAS, the last necessary instrument was presented to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on March 5, 1963,
N~ THEREFfDRE BE IT RESC~.VED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that the 9th day of
April, 1963, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., in the Supervisors Room,
Butte County Gourthouse, Q~roville, California, is set as the time
and place of hearing of said petition,
BE IT FURTHER RESEDLVED that the Clerk of this Board shall
cause notice to be given of the time and place of hearing by
publication in Chico Enterprise , a news-
paper of general circulation in the County of Butte, far not less
than two (2) weeks prior to said hearing.
PASSED AND ADfDPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 19th day of March, 1963, by
the following vote:
