RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBT~IC HIGHWAY

1r~HERF.AS, the County of Butte, State of California, through the
Department of Public Works, did in the past relocate a portion of that
certain county road known as Pearson Road; and
Y~IERF~AS, the former portion of Pearson Road (now known as College
Hill Road) was never abandoned and is sti31 a public highway; and
~S, the maintenance of said portion of Pearson Road (now known
as College Hill Road) was inadvertently overlooked; and
V~EREAS, it is now in the public interest to commence maintenance
of said portion of Pearson Road (now known as College Hill Road);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of &i.tte, State of California, that saa:d road (College Hill Road) be
accepted into the maintained mileage of Butte County.
The foregoing resolution was introduced April 9 , 1963,
by Supervisor Giles ,who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Alldredge ,and passed on roll. eaJ1 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Gilesa McKillop and Chairman S~eineggeY
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Pryde ~ 'p /f
