BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN FIRE PROTECTION DI

WHEREAS, the EL MEDIO FIRE DISTRICT has petitioned the
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, in writing, for the exclusion of property
from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which said
petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing body of
said District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the State of California;
NOWt THEREFORE, be it ordered and resolved by the BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTEr STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
follows, to wit:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of
the Government Code of the State of California, all property with-
in the limits of the EL NiEDIp FIRE DISTRICT in the County of
Butte, including all property which may hereafter be annexed to
said District prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby
excluded from a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire
protection of the areas in the County of Butte.
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted and passed at
a regular meeting of this Board on the 23rd day. of April, 1963,
upon roll call by the following vote:
