'1 2 RESOLUTION INCLUDING CER'T'AIN LANDS WITHIN 3 BUTTE CREEK DRA.TNAGE DISTRICT 4 5 The following resolution was offered by Supervisor Pryde ig and seconded by Supervisor Alldredge '7 The Petition of RUDOLPH LTNDAHL and MARIE M, LINDAHLs 8 husband and wife, BARRY LINDAHL and CLARTBEL LINDAHLs husband g and wifes ELMER T, LINDAHLr a single man, and CARL~O~ LTNDAHL, a 10 single many to include land in BUTTE CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT 11 of Butte Countys coming on this day regularly to be heard before 12 the Board of Supervisors of Butte County, State of California, 13 and it appearing that notice of the time and place of hearing 14 has been given by publication for the time and in the manner re- 15 quired by law, and that notice of the hearing has been mailed to 16 each landowner within the District at least ten (10J days prior 17 in advance of the time set for the hearing thereof, as required 18 by law, and it further appearing from proof herein that said peti- 19 tioners, as the joint owners of the subject lands have heretofore 20 deposited with the Butte County Treasurer all moneys required to 21 be paid as and for inclusion charges hereins and no objection 22 or objections having been filed to said Petition, nor any land- 23 owner nor anyone appearing to oppose the granting of said 24 Petition, and it further appearing to the Board that the Petition 25 of the above named applicants should be granteds and that the 26 lands petitioned to be included require the facilities of the 27 District for their drainage, and each of said tracts is susceptibl 28 of the same mode of drainage as lands within the boundaries o£ 29 Butte Creek Drainage Districts 30 NOWT THEREFOREs BE IT RESOLVED that the lands of 31 RUDOLPH LINDAHL and MARIE M. LINDAHL, a single man, which. said lands, constituting 475.79 acres and lying and being in the County of Butte,. State of California, are described in their certain Petition to Include Land in Butte Creek Drainage District on file herein, be and the same. are hereby .included within the boundaries of Butte Creek Drainage District of Butte County; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the boundaries of Butte Creek Drainage District of Butte County and. Glenn County, after the inclusion of the lands hereinbefore included, be and the same axe hereby defined and declared to be as indicated on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
