RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CHANGES TN A4AINTAINED MILEAGE

WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides that in
May of each year each county shall submit to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, any additions or deletions from its mileage of maintained
.County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or deleted;
.and
WHEREAS, Section 200Li.of said Code provides that changes may be made
from time to time in the County~s Primary System; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, State of California, certified
to the State Controller on March 31, 1963, that the total mileage of maintained
County roads in Butte County was 1427.83 m~-7-es; and total mileage of primary
roads was 1+38.95 miles; and
WHII~.EAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
County roads is 1431.82 miles and that the total mileage of primary roads is
455.31 miles; '',
NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that the mileage of maintained and
primary County roads certified March 31, 1963, be corrected in accordance
with the indications in color on the accompar~.ng maps marked Fbrhibit "A" and
in accordance with the additions or corrections to the attached tabulation
.marked Exhibit'"B", both exhibits being made a part of this resolution, by
incorporation
of each. route
