BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
TES COUNTX OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ANA ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN FIRE PROTECTION

WHEREAS, the PARADISE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT has petitions
the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, in writing, for the exclusion of proper-
ty from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which
said petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing body
of said District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the State of California;
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
follows, to wit:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the State of California, all property within
the limits of the PARADISE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT in the County
of Butte, including all property which may hereafter be annexed to
said District prior to tax levy besr~g made thereon, is hereby ex-
cluded from a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire protec
tion of the areas in the County of Butte.
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted and passed at
a regular meeting of this Board on the 7th day of May, 1963, upon
roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors k,,lldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Stein.
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
