STATE 0.'F CALIF(hRNIA, APPROVING A SUBLEASE Tf~ BID~iELL RIVER PARK
Z~REIi5, the CHICQ'~ AREA RECREATIQ7N AN17 PARK DISTRICT, a
body politic, is the Lessee of that cextain land known as
BIDIdELL RIVER PARK, and
3~?HEREAS pursuant to the terms of said Lease, any grant
of concession must be approved by the Board of Supervisors of
thec.County of Butte, State of California, and
~RE.9S the Chico Area Recreation and Park District
desires to enter into a Sublease granting concession,
NQ~ THEREFfB.tE BE IT RESQ'+[.VED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that they hereby
approve the Sublease of a portion of Bidwell River Park, known
as the "Sea Scout Area", said Lease being between the Chico
Area ~tecreation and Park District and Ely B. Ariola and
Minis M„ Reagan; and that the Chairman of the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, be, and
he is hereby authorized to execute the approval of the Sublease
on behalf of the County of Butte,
