BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTER STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ORDER AND RESOLUTION VACATING COUNTY DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN ACCORDAN~
[ WITH SECTIONS 50430 et sege of the GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of Californian as follows:
1. 'Irizat said Board finds that Notice of Vacation of the
hereinafter described county drainage has been duly given in
accordance with Section 50441 of the Government Code of the State c
California; and
2. That the said Board finds from the evidence produced at
the hearing upon the vacation of said drainage easement that the
said drainage easement is unnecessary for present or pxospective
public use.
NOWT THEREFOREn in accordance with the foregoing, the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby
makes this order:
1o That the hereinafter described county drainage easement
be abandoned, and that said county drainage easement is hereby
declared to be abandoned as unnecessary is particularly described
as follows, to wit:
A strap of land 5000 feet wide along the south line of
Lot lr Feather River Heights Subdivision, recorded
April 18, 1952, in the office of the RecordeY of the
County of Butter State of California, in Map Book 19r
pages 22 and 23. The above described easement is.
shown on said map and labeled 5` drainage easement to be
dedicated.
2. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by the Clerk under the
seal of the Board, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recordero

Supervisor Pryde, end said Order was passed this 2nd day of April,.
1963, on roll call by the following vote:
