RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRELIMINARY BIIDGF~
FOR THE FI~OAL'YEAR 1963-64

BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF 'SUPERVI~OR~ of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, SPATE OF
CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1, That the tabulation of an expenditure program for the fiscal year 1963-64 has.
been presented by the Auditor to the Clerk of this Board, which tabulation.has.been
reviewed and revised under the direction of this Board, and no.w conforms to its ~udgmerit
as a proper preliminary financial program for said fiscal year and is hereby adopted
as the "Preliminary Budget of the County of Butte for the Fiscal .Year 1963--64e"
2, Said "Preliminary Budget" shall be reproduced in full in pamphlet form and
sufficient number of said Budget Pamphlet shall be provided so that each taxpayer who
desires may obtain one, and a copy shall immediately be forwarded to the Stake Con-
troller by the Auditor,
3o The Cler)C of the Board shall forthwith publish a notice once in a newspaper
of general circulation stating that:
(a) The "Preluninary Budget" pamphlets are available to taxpayers request-
ing them, on and after the 18th day of June, 19630
(b) That this Board of Supervisors will meet at 11:00 aom, on Tuesday, the
16th day of July, 1963, in the Board of Supervisors Room in the .Courthouse on Hnntoon
Street, in the City of Oroville, County of Butte, 'State of California, for the. purpose.

Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 11th day of June, 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, McKiTlop, Pryde, Alldredge and Chairman Steineggero
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
