(d) The repairing, restoring or rebuilding of any school building damaged, injured, or destroyed by
fire or other public calamity.

of a permanent nature.

Education Code Section 21809 provides that Ebt bonds 54a11 be signed by the chairman o£ the board of supervisors, "or by such other member
thertof as [be board of supervisors shall by resolution adopted by a £our-fifths vote of ail its mtmbers, au[horizt and designate for that purpose".
If it is desired to have the bonds signed by such mtmber rather than the chairman, thin tht Resolution and Order, and the bond form, should be
changtd accordingly, and the Resolution and Order must be adopted bysuch fourvfifths vote.
Education Code Section 22051 provides for ;edemption of sehaot bondsprior to then maturity at the option of the governing boardof the school
district, The prescribed statutory procedure and the wide diversity of possible redemption provisions render impracticable a general printed form far
such matters. It is therefore suggested, should redemption provisions be desired, that competent financial and legal advice be first obtained,
This form is for use only when the principal amount of any issue has been divided into two or more series and Series A is being issued, IE
the bonds bring issued are ofa series subsequent to Series A use Form No. 5015-B instead of thisform. 3f the issue has not been divided into two or
more series use Roan No. 5015.
