RESOLUTION NO .~ 6362
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATE OF COSTS
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that the Engineer of ?aiork of said County be,
and he is hereby, directed to prepare plans, specifications and
estimate of costs for the acquisitions and improvements more
particularly described in ExhiT~it "A" hereto attached and
incorporated herein by reference.

(a} The improving of Magnolia Drive, Pinewood Drive,
Magalia Drive and Imperial Way for their entire lengths and
widths within Sierra Del Oro Unit No. 1 and Rosewood Drive
from Northwood Drive to Skyway by grading and the construction
therein of untreated rock base pavement with plant mix, concrete
wearing surface or cold roll and the construction in Magnolia
Drive, Pinewood Drive, Magalia Drive and Imperial Way within
Sierra Del Oro Unit No 1 of water distribution mains, valves,
hydrants, services and appurtenances, and storm drains, Catch
basins and appurtenances thereto.
(b) The acquisition of fifteen-foot drainage easements
~~/ between Lots 20 and 21; 48 and 4g; 62 and 63; g0 and g1; 104
and 105; 127 and 128; 127 and 105; 126 and 106; 125 and 3.07;
across the southeast corner of Lot 125; between Lots 124 and
125; along the westerly edge of Lot 120; along the northerly `
and westerly edges of Lot 150; between Lots 151 and 154; 152
and 153; along the Southerly edge of Lot 153; 6g and 70; and
~ 83 and $4.
(c} The construction of ail work and improvements
and the acquisition of all lands and easements auxiliary to
any of the above and necessary to complete the same.
