A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
AND ORDERING FILING OF SAME
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a
proposed assessment map and diagram for Sierra Del Oro, Unit
No. i Assessment Districtq
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said proposed assessment diagram and map is
hereby accepted and it is hereby directed that the map be filed
with the County Clerk of the County of Butte.
