E~-rxazx ~~A ~~ (a) The improving of Magnolia Drive, Pinewood Drive, Magalia Drive and Imperial Way for their entire lengths and widths within Sierra Del Oro Unit No. 1 and Rosewood Drive from Northwood Drive to Skyway by grading and the construction therein of untreated rock base pavement with plant mix, concrete wearing surface or cold roll and. the construction in Magnolia Drive, Pinewood Drive, Magalia Drive and Imperial Way within Sierra Del Oro Unit No 1 of water distribution mains, valves, hydrants, services and appurtenances, and storm drains, catch basins and appurtenances thereto. (b) The acquisition of fifteen-foot drainage easements between Lots 20 and 21; 48 and 49; 62 and 63; g0 and gl; 104 and 105; 127 and 128; 127 and 105; 126 and 106; l25 and 107; across the southeast corner of Lot 125; between Lots 124 and 125; along the westerly edge of Lot 120; along the northerly and westerly edges of Lot 350; between Lots 151 and 154; 152 and 153; along the Southerly edge of Lot 153; 69 and 70; and 83 and 84. (c) The construction of all work and improvements and the acquisition of all lands and easements auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same. 2.
