RESOLUTION DECT4RING THROUGH HIGHH[AYS
(Vehicle Code 2].354)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereina~'ter described County road be declared
a through highway, and the Director of Public Forks is hereby instructed to
have legal stop signs erected at the necessary entrances thereto.
1. Oroville Dam Boulevard from the westerly right-of~way
line of Feather River Boulevard (formerly lrnown as
Naxysville Road, old State Highway 40A), to the
easterly right-of--way line of Feather River Boulevardo
All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Pryde
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
McKzllop , and adopted July 1 , 1963,
on roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Steinegger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
