RESOLUTION N0. 63-78
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING ESFENDITURES FOR FINAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1963-1964.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, has heretofore set the time and place for hearing and fixing
the final budget as on Tuesday, the 16th of July, 1963, in the Board of
Supervisorss room in the Butte County Court House, Orovilie, California;
and
WHEREAS, said hearing was continued from day to dap and concluded
on the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed in writing
and filed with said Board before the close of said budget hearings were
considered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the appropriations now contained
in the preliminary budget as revised by the Board at the public hearing
are hereby declared adopted and the various appropriations therein specified
are as follows
(a) Appropriations:
1. By General Classes for:
(A) Salaries and Employee Benefits $ 4,300,349
(B] Services and Supplies $ 9,520,940
(C) Other Charges $ 105,000
(D) Fixed Assets--Equipment $ 202,848
(E) Expenditure .Transfer & Reimbursements $ (239,305)
Total $ 13,889,832
