BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING SALE AND AUTHORTZTNG DEED
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 9th day of July, 1963, the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, duly
adopted and passed Resolution. number 63-76, entitled ~~Resolution of
Abandonment of County Highway Superseded by Relocation (Streets and
Highways Code, Section 960.1)~~, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution further authorized the real property
described therein to be sold by the Chairman of this Board and the
Purchasing went of the County of Butte, at private sale, without
advertising, said sale to be reported and confirmed by said Board
of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing agent of the County of Butte has a
purchaser for said real property for the sum of $75.00 cash;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the sale of the real property described in said
Resolution number 63-76, for the sum of $75.00, to Alex Geckler and
Martha Geckler, husband and wife, as joint tenants, is hereby
confirmed.
2. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to
sign a Quit Claim Deed of even date herewith to said real property,
and that the Clerk of this Board is authorized to deliver the same
to Alex Geckler and Martha Geckler.
PASSED AND ADOFTED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this "~ day of July, 1963, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, and Chairman Steinegger
NOES ; Supervisor Pryde
ABSENT: None ; ~ '~ ~j
