A11 that certain real property situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, mare particularly described
as follows, to wits
A portion of the Southwest quarter (SW~) of
Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 3 East,
M.D.B. & M., being also a portion of that
certain revised Record of Survey map of Fir
Haven Subdivision, filed March 12, 1962, in
the Butte County Recorder's office, in map
book 27, page 8, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the West one-
quarter corner of 5ectian 13; thence South
870 14' 48" fast along the Northerly line
of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 13,
