RESOLUTION NO. 63-92~
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT AND.
RIGHT OF WAY FOR FLOWAGE OF NATURAL AND DRAINAGE
WATERS AND AGREEMENT OF INDE`~NITY
WHEREAS, there was presented to the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, this 13th
day ofAugus't; 1963, a document entitled "Grant of Perpetual
Easement and Right of Way For Flowage of Natural and Drainage
Waters and Agreement of Indemnity," which said document is to
provide drainage for the Sierra Del Oro Subdivision; and
.. r.Vd1=IERE?~.5, the COUNTY OF BUTTE has accepted said subdivisi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
1. That the COUNTY OF BUTTE hereby accepts the water
flowage easements and rights of way described in said agreement
subject,to the conditions of indemnity guaranteed to the
COUNTY OF BUTTE, grantors thereof.
2. The Clerk of this Board is hereby authorized
to record said document.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Giles wno moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Alldredge and said Resolution was passed
this 13th day o.f August, 1963, on roll call by the following
vote:
AYES; Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde and
Chairman Steinegger
