RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY.OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE RELOCATION OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE Q1.

Route 99E to State Highway Sign Route US y.0 Alternate, in the vicinity of the
City of Oroville, x3.11 soon be inundated by the constriction of the afterbay
of the Orov3.lle Project; and
WHEREAS, this State Highway is essential to the economic welfare of
this County, as well as a very definite convenience to the traveling public;
and
WHEREAS, it would appear that only preliminary studies have been
undertaken for the relocation of this State Highway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that this Board of Supervisors urgeatly
request that surveys be undertaken immediately leading to the preparation of
plans and specifications and the early construction of this project in advance
of inundation.
BE IT FURTFIER. RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be forwarded
to the Department of Water Resources and the Department of Public Worka,
Division of Highways oP the State oP CaliforAiao

wha moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor NlcKillop
, and said Resolution was passed this 13th
