ASSrSSi~IENT DISTRICT have indi Gated in their Petition that it
will be necessary to obtain a supply of water Pram a public
agency, to gait, OP.OVILLE-~dYANDOTTE IRRIGATION DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS it shall be necessary far said agency to furnish
plans and specifications of said water distribution system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte hereby requests the OROVILLE-
WYANDOTTE IRRIGATION DISTRICT to furnish to th3.S Board, plans
and specifications for adequate and appropriate conduits, pipe,
hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the purpose of
water distribution, all in accordance caith Sectian 5171 of the
Street and Highway Code of the State of California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 13th day of August, 1°63, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Alldred e Giles McKillo Pr de and
Chairmen Steinegger
