RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Engineer of «ork of the Copley Acres Assess-
ment District did on the 13th day of August, 1963, file with the
County Clerk of the County of Butte plans and specifications for
improvements to be constructed. in Copley Acres Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California;
NOW, TF~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that said plans and specifications be and
they are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for the
work and improvements to be done in Copley Acres Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California.

I HEREBI' CERTIFY that the foregoing;Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of August,
1963, by the following vote, to wit:
