HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-101RESOLUTION N0. 63-101 RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY ORDERING THE WORK L,n-IEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, did, an the 13 ~ day of August, 1963, adopt ~~ its Resolution of Intention to order all of the described work and improvements to be done and made in Copley Acres Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California; G,~IEREAS, the said Resolution of Intention fixes Tuesday, the_lOt~ day of September, 1963, as the time for hearing on the Resolution of Intention; NOW, THEREFORE,, far the purposes of determining at the time of the hearing on the Resolution of Intention the total con- tract cost of the work proposed to be done pursuant to said Resolu- tion of Intention, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte preliminarily that the improvement described in . Resolution of Intention No. passed on the 13th day of August, 19b3, be done and said Board of Supervisors hereby orders preliminarily that the work and improvement as set forth in said Resolution of In- tention be done and made; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sealed proposals for the doing of said work and making of said improvements shall be delivered to the County Clerk of the County of Butte on or before September 3 , 1963 at the hour of 10:45 o'clock A.NI. of said day, at the office of the County Clerk of the County of Butte, located in the County Caurthouse, Oroville, California, and at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M, of said day bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the County Clerk of the County of Butte. Said bids, after being publicly opened, examined and declared, will be calculated by .the Engineer of Work, his report returned to the County Clerk, and the report of the results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer of Work will be reported to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte at the next regular meeting thereof. The County Clerk of the County of Butte is hereby ordered to give notice inviting such sealed bids in the time, form and manner provided by law.
