RESOLV~'D, by the Board of Supervisors of the County oz Butte,

YIHEREAS, said Board did on June 18, 1863 adopt its Resolutio?^
of intention No. 63--07 to order certain improvements to be !:fade in
said County under and pursuant to the I!nprovemer_t Act of 1911, and
to issue bonds pursuant to said Improvement Act of 1911, reference
to j=.h3.ch Resolution of Intention is hereby made ~'or a parti eular
d-escription of the acctu:isitions and. improvements to be !Wade, the
boundaries of the assessment district, and the bonds to be issued;

or the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and. improvements.
3. That the public interest and convenience requ_tre, and
said. Board does hereby order the acquisitions and improvements to
be done as described in and 9_n accordance t•rith said resolution of
Intention on file 'in the office of the County Glen: of said County
reference to i~:hich ~is hereby made for amore particu7.ar descrip-
tion of said acquisz'cions and improverents and also for further
particulars, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911, such t~rortt to be clone and acquisitions and. ~3_r.:provements to be
madc- under the direction and subject to the approval of the
Enuineer of UTork of said County.

cost and expenses thereof, which said assessment district and the
exterior boundaries thereof are as described in said Resolution
of Intention on file in the az"f ice of the County Clerk.
5. Said Boar d. further declares that a~1 public streets and
hi~htivays and other public propert~r within said assessment dis-
trict, in use in the performance of a public function as such,
shall be omitted from the assessment hereafter to be made to
cover the costs and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County
