A RESOLUTION 0~` ALaARD OF CONTRACT
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WfIEREAS, said Board did, in open session, on the 27th day
of August, 1963, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed
proposals or bids for the work to be done and improvements to be
made, as described and specified in Resolution of Intention No.
63-67 of said Board, adopted June 18, 1.963, to which Resolution
of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said
work and improvements and/or materials, supplies or equipment to
be furnished therefor, also for the assessment district provided
for therein.
NOtri, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Board of Supervisors hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing said work and making said improve-
ments to the lowest re/s~pon`sible bidder, to wit

at the prices named in /~~ bid.
2. That the County Surveyor of said County, be, and, he is
hereby, authorized to make and enter into a written contract with
said successful bidder, and to receive and approve all bonds in
connection therewith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, California, on this _ 2']th day of August ,
19b3 by the following vote:
