had in the premises with reference to the matters hereinafter recited, and-said certified proceedings show, and
after a full examination and investigation said board of supervisors does hereby find and declare:

(a) The purchasing of school lots.
(b) The building or purchasing of school buildings.
(c) The making of alterations or additions to the school building or buildings other than such as may
be necessary for current maintenance, operation, or repairs.
(d) The repairing; restoring or rebuilding of any school building damaged, injured, or destroyed by
fire or-other public calamity.
(e) The supplying of school buildings and grounds with furniture, equipment or necessary apparatus
of a germanent nature.
(f) The permanent improvement of the school grounds.
(h) Th,e carrying out of the projects or purposes authorized in Education .Code
Section 15811, to-wit: Providing .sewers and drains adequate to treat and/or
(all of which were thereby united to be voted upon as one single proposition) ;
dispose of sewage and drainage.. on or away from each school property.
That said election 'was called by posting notices thereof, signed by a majority of said governing board, in
at least three public, places in said district, not less than twenty days before said election, and said notice was

bonds shall be signed by said treasurer or auditor. All such signatures and countersignatures may be printed,

signatures to said bonds shall be manually affixed. Said seal may be printed, engraved, stamped or otherwise placed
in facsimile on said bonds. Said bonds, with said coupons attached thereto, so signed and executed, shall be de-

SPECIAL NOTES:
Education Cade Section 21809 provides that the bonds sha€I be signed by elte chairman of the hoard of supervisors, "or by such other member
thereof as flte hoard of supervisors shall by resolution adopted b a four-fifths vote of al] its members, authorize and designate for that purpose".
If it is desired [o have the bonds signed by such member rather than the chairman, then the Resolution and Order, and the pond form, should he
changed accordingly, and the Reselution~and Order,mvst be.adopted by such four-fifths vote.
Education Code Section 22051 provides for redemption of school bonds prior to their maturity aE the opEion of the governing board of the school
district The prescribed statutory. procedure and the wide dicersity~ of possible redemption provisions render impracticable a general printed form for
such matters. It is therefore suggested, should redemption provisions be desired, that competent financial and legal advice be first obtained,
Education Codc Section 22052 au@mrizes the hoard of supervisors to divide the incipal amounE of any issue into hvo or more series and
