RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK, COPLEY ACRES ASSESSNtENT
DISTRICT COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, did, on the 13th day of August, 1963, adopt its Resolution-~
of Intention No. 63-loo to order all of the described workâ˘and improve-
ments to be done and made in Copley Acres Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention fixed Tuesday, the 10th
day of September, 1863, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. o'clock
of said day, as the time for hearing upon said Resolution of Intention;
and
WHEREAS, bids have been received for the work and improvements to
be done under said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
Resolution of Intention No. 63-100 passed by the Board of Supervi-
sors of the County of Butte on the 13th day of August, 1g63, be, and
the same is hereby, confirmed, and the work described in said Resolu-
Lion of Intention is hereby ordered to be done and made.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regu--
laxly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 10th
day of September, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
