RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the County Clerk of the County of Butte, State of
California, on the 3rd day of September, 1963, at a public meeting,
publicly opened, examined and' declared all-sealed proposals or bids
for doing•the work and improvement described in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 63-100 for the construction of improvements in Copley Acres
• Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California, which said
Resolution of Intention was adopted on the 13th day of August, 1963,
and is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and
improvement and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS said bids, after being publicly opened, examined
and declared, were referred to the Engineer of Work oz" said Assessment
District, were calculated by him, his report thereon returned to the
County Clerk , and said report and the results of the bidding were
reported to the Board of Supervisors of said County of Butte at its
next regular meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY RESOLVEJO that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, hereby rejects
all of said bids or proposals except that herein mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit:
A. TEICHER~ & 30N, INC.
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office of
the County Clerk of the County of Butte.
Said County Clerk of the County of Butte is hereby directed
to publ~.sh a notice of said award in the OROVILLE MERCURY, a newspaper
published and circulated in the County of Butte, and heretofore desig-
nated for that purpose by said Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
10th day of September, 1963, by the following vote,, to wit:
