RESQI;UTION AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ABANDON COUNTY HTGHrnfAY'8 AND
NOTICE. OF TTME AND. PLACE OF HEARING
(Sections 95b,$, 95$, 959,.959,1, 961,'Streets and Highways Code)
~ IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY QF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to abandon
the County Highways hereinafter described, pursuant to Section 9568 of the
Streets ~ Highways Code of this State, reserving and excepting from the
abandonment the easement and right at ar~p time, or from time to time, to
construct, maintain, operate, replace, xemove and renew storm drains and
appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across any highway or part thereof
proposed to be abandoned pursuant to Section 959x1 of saui.. Streets & Highways
Code, -
2~ That the hearing on this Resolution to Abandon County Highways
sha11 be held on esd ,the 8th day of _ Oc_~ab~7C ,
1963, at _ „,.;L7,..-- A.M. of said day in the Supervisors Room in
the Butte County Courthouse, fronting on Huntoon Street in Omvilie,
at which time said Board will hear evidence of arty party interested,
3, That this Resolution and Notice is adopted pursuant to a motion
of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
4.a That a copy of this Resolution of Intention shall be published
in the Bi~~s News , a newspaper of general cir-
culation in the County of Butte; and copies conspicuously posted, all as
required by Section q5$ of said Streets & Highways Codew
5~ That the County Highways the subject of this Resolution and
Notice are situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and described
as follows:
That portion of Lot 113 (Third Street) in the Town of
Richvale, as shown on that certain map filed in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
January 17, 1910, in Map Book 6, page 53, between the ex-
tension of the south ].ine.of Lot 1$1 (south right of way

that portion of Lot 1S2 (alley) of the Town of Richvale as
shown on said map, lying between Lots b61, b62, 681 and b85,
The foregoing Resolution was Passed and Adopted on the _„ 17th
