In the Matter of the Sale of Tax Deeded
Property by the County Tax Collector
Pursuant to a notice of intention to sell at public auction certain tax deeded prop-
erties and request for approval thereof fled with this Board of Supervisors by the Tax

Instructions: The minimum price must include the cost of advertising. In the
event sale is being made without application the minimum price
shall not be less than the cost of advertising except as provided
in Sec. 3703.
Section 31.76: Tax Deeded Property which is delinquent for the taxes of not more
than one year shall not be sold within two years following deed
to the State.
