SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO TRANSFER ESTIMATED CONTINGENCY FUND {165) BALANCE TO THE GENERAL FUND (001) -staff report The Council may consider approving a supplemental appropriation to transfer the estimated Contingency Fund balance. of $340,000 to the. General Fund. (Peter Cosentini, Interim City Administrator and Diane MacMillan, Director of Finance) Council Action Requested: Authorize Supplemental Appropriation No.2012113-0613-36 as indicated in the June ~6, 2013 staff report. 9, AMENDMENTTO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSTAR ENGINEERING -staff report The Council may consider an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Northstar Engineering, in the amount of $8,400, for land surveying services in support of the Oro Dam Safe Routes to School Project. (Art Da Rosa, Director of Public Works) Council Action Requested: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 8071 - A RESOLUTION OF THE OROVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NORTHSTAR ENGINEERING, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,400, FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE ORO DAM BOULEVARD SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT -- (Agreement No. 2099-1 ). 2.
