RESOLUTION DIRECTING WORK TO BE DONE UNDER DIRECTION
OF ENGINEER OF WORK AND ASSESSMENT TO BE MADE AND
• SIGNED BY HIM
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
did on the 13th day of August, 1963, pass its Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 63-100 for the work and improvement to be made and done
pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors desires that the work
and improvement be done under the direction of the said Engineer
and that any assessment hereinafter to be made for the distribu-
tion of the costs of the work and improvements upon the lands bene-
fited thereby, shall be made and signed by the Engineer of Work;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the aforesaid
work and improvement shall be done under the direction of the
Engineer of Work of the Copley Acres Assessment District; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any assessment hereinafter
made for distribution of the costs and expenses of the work upon
property benefited thereby shall be made and signed by the Engineer
of Work of the Copley Acres Assessment District of the County of
Butte, Sta ~ of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th
day of October, 19b3, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Steinegger
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervis
None
