RESOLUTION N0. ~Li.
RF~OLUTION DECLARING THROUGH HIGHT~4YS
(Vehicle Code 2135.}
BE IT RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereinafter described County roads be declared
through highways and the Director of Public Trtorks is hereby instructed to
have legal stop signs erected at the necessarg entrances thereto '
1. Messina Avenue, between the easterly right-of-»way line of Palermo
Road and the westerly right-of-way line of Upper Falermo Road
2: "D" Street, between the easterly right-of-.way line of Palermo
Road and the easterly right-of-way line of Pomolo Avenue,
3. Roseben Avenue, between the northerly right-~of•~way line of
Houston Street and the southerly right-of»way line of "D" Street
~., Roseben Avenue, between the nomtherly right-.of~way line of "D"
Street and the southerly right-of-way line of T,3yandotte Avenue,
5, East 7th Avenue, between the westerly right-of-way line of
Oleander Avenue and the westerly right..of--way line of Mangrove
Avenue,
6, Fast 7th Avenue, between the easterly right»of»way line of
Mangrove Avenue and the westerly right-of-,ray line of Sherman
Avenue.
7. East_9th Avenue, between the centerline of the Sacramento Northern
Railroad and the westerly right.-of-way line of Mangrove Avenue.
All ordinances or resolutions or-parts of ordinances or resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 22nd day of Oeto ber , 196 ,
