BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IN FULL APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY OF BUTTE OF
FEDERAIrAID SECONDARY ..ANA STATE HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS
WHEREAS; the Department of Public Works, of the State~of California, has
notified the County of Butte that under the California Secondary Highway Act of
1951, as amended, the following funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965,
are apportioned to Butte County:
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds -- X154,934
State Highway Matching Funds _ ~lOp,000

WI-FERIREAS, the County of Butte desires to accept and match said funds,
NOP1, TI3EItEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, State of California, as follows:
1. That County wishes to claim and utilize the entire amount of
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds apportioned to County, to wit, the sum of X154,934,
and the entire amount of State Highway Matching Funds apportioned to said County;
to wit, the sum of $100,000;
2. That County hereby agrees to provide matching funds therefor as may
be necessary and required to complete the financing of Countyfs F.AaS. projects;
3. That this Resolution is made in compliance with Section 2211 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and the Clerk of this
Board is authorized to forward three certified copies hereof to the District
Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the State of California.
