BOARD OF SUPERVISORS'
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FUND ENTITLED "HOME NURSING
SERVICE ENTERPRISE FUND"
WHEREAS, certain sums of money will be received by Butte
County from the State of California, Department of Public Health,
far the purpose of a demonstration home nursing program; and
WHEREAS, other money may be received from donations and
reimbursements for services rendered; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Auditor and the Treasurer of
the County of Butte that said money be kept in a special and
separate fund; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25252 grants authority to
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
to establish such a fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California as follows:
1. That there shall be established in the County of Butte a
fund to be known as "Home Nursing Service Enterprise Fund".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California on this ~ nth-, day of Nc-wember
1963, by the following vote:
ALYES: Supervisors: Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Pryde and
Chairman Steinegger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
