County of Butte, State of California ) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
8 on its own initiative. )

10 WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 2.2 of the
11 Government Code of the State of California, a petition requesting the institu-
12 tion of proceedings for the establishment of a County Service Area was in
13 proper form presented to this Board on the 2bth day of November, 1863;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
15 1. That a County Service Axea is proposed to be established under
16 the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
17 the boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the area are
18 as shown in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
19 2. That the name proposed for said County Service Area is County
20 Service Axea No. 6.
21 3. That the types of extended county services a]seady provided in
22 this area are nil.
23 4. That the type of extended county services proposed to be provided
24 in this area is;
25 (a) Sanitary sewers.
26 (b) Storm sewers.
27 (c) Street lighting.
28 (d) Structural fire protection.
29 5. That a tax sufficient to pay for all such services which are
30 furnished on an extended basis wi1.1. be annually levied upon all taxable
31 property within said area.

A11 that certain real property situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lots 19, 22, and 25, as shown on that certain map
entitled, "Nineteenth Subdivision of the John Bidwell. Rancho",
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, State of California, on October 6, 1911, in Book 7 of Maps
at page 72, and a portion of "Oak Vista Subdivision", map of which
was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California, on May 12, 1953s in Map Book 19 at pages 51
and 52, more particulaxly described as follows;
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 22; thence from
said point of beginning, North 44°16' West 135.00 feet along the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 22 to a point on the Southeasterly
line of Oak Vista Avenue and the most Northerly corner of Lot ll of
said Oak Vista Subdivision; thence South 45°44' West 96.00 feet
along the Northerly line of said Lot 11 to the most Northerly corner
of Lot 10 of said Oak Vista Subdivision; thence South 44°1b' East
135.00 feet along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 10 to the most
Easterly corner of said Lot 10; thence South 45°44' West 75.00 feet
along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 10; thence North 44°16'
West 195.00 feet parallel to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 10

AND STRUCTURAL FIRE PROTECTION)
NOTICE TS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, December 17, 1963
at 11:00 atclock A.3~i. of said day, a public hearing wi11 be held on
the Resolution of Intention of the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte to establish a county service area; that said hearing will be conducted
in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Court house, facing on Huntoon Street,
in the City of Oroville, County of Butte, State of Calif ornia; that the text
of said resolution is as follows:
