RESOLOTION AUTHORIZTiJG EKECUTION OF ~EZC~NCY
FLOOD RELIEF CpOPERATIVE AGREET4E~TT ;; 63-IHH/~. RE
.OCTOBER 1962 STORt~4 AND FLOOD. DAMAGE
1 TrTH~R.E.4S, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 11th
2 day of December, 19b3, adopted a resolution making application to the State of
3 California Department of Finance for funds for the repair and restoration of
4 roads, streets, and bridges pursuant to provisions of the Emergency Flood Reiie
5 Law, Sections 51x.150-54161~ of the Government Code; and
6 ?~~AS, the work covered by said application has been investigated
7 by the State of California Department of Public Works and a report thereon
8 filed with the Department of Finance and said report has been approved by the
9 Director of Finance, and
10 ZdFS, it is necessary and expedient that COUNTY OF BUTTE enter int,
11 an agreement with said DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ?~30RECS with -reference to performance
12 and financing of said work and other matters related thereto;
13 NOb+T, TIiIIiEFORE, BE I^1 RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the
14 County of Butte that the County enter into an agreement Frith the said Department
15 of Public irVorks, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto; and be it
16 FURTI-!gt RESOLVED, that Chairman of Board of Supervisors is hereby
17 authorized to execute said agreement in the name of County of Butte.
