AN ORDINANCE AT~NDING ORDINANCE N0. 625, KNOjdN A~ THE °SALARY ORDINANCE"
FOR. THE FISCAL YEAR 195-1959
TBE BOARD OL' SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That there shall be deleted from the classification in Section 3,
Sub-section (A) of Ordinance No. 625 of the County of Butte, State of
California, the following:
Road Maintenance Engineex Salary range 32 (573-713)
2. That there shall be added to the classification in Section 3,
Sub-section (A) of said Ordinances the following:
.Road Maintenance Superintendent Salary range 2g {/~86-605)
3. That Section 35 of Ordinance No. 625 is hereby amended as follows:
a. That there shall be deleted therefrom the following position
with salary range and number of positions as follows:
Salary range No, of positions C~.assification Title
32 1 Road Maintenance Engineer
b. That there shall be added thereto the following position
with salary range and numbex of positions as follows:

l,.. This Ordinance sha71 take effect thirty (30) days after the date
of its adoption and shall before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after
its passage and adoption shall be published once in the Oroyille Press
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together
with the names of the members voting for and against said Ordinance.
ADOPTED AND PASSED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Calif ornia, at a regular meeting thereof on the 1 th day of
December , 1955•
