2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 625 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
3 FOR THE FISCAL. YEAR 1958-1959

5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
6 CALIFORNIA, do ordain as follows:
'7 1. That Ordinance No. 625 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
8 as follows:
9 (a) That the salary range of the following classification co~.tained
10 in Section 3, Subsection (A) of said Ordinance No. 625, shall be amended to
].1 read as follows:

12 Agricultural Commissioner Salary Range 33 (605--753)
13 (b) That Section No. 7 of said Ordinance No. 625 is hereby amende .
X14 as follows:
15 Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
16 33 1 Agricultural Commissioner
17 2. That the ordinance adopted by this Board on the 2nd day of March,
18 1959, No. 639 and relating to the same subject matter as is herein con-
,39 tained, is hereby repealed, rescinded and superseded by this ordinance, and
20 the Clerk of this Board is hereby instructed not to publish said Ordinance No.

22 3, This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its
23 adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage and
24 adoption, shall be published once in the. paradise News Press a
25 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together with
26 the names of the members voting for and against said ordinance,

29 ADOPTED AND PASSED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
30 Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, on the 9 th day of
31 March, 1959, by the following vote:
82 AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Huggins and Chairman Kepple
