RESOLUTION NO. 64-5
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION RENEWING AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION
IN STEELHEAD TROUT PROPAGATION
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 5th day of February, 1963, the
County of Butte entered into an Agreement with the County of
Shasta, agreeing to contribute the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00) out of, the monies in the Butte County Fish and Game
Propagation Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
deem it in the best interest of the public to renew this Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California hereby renews and
extends the Agreement of February 5, 1963 for the year of 1964.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor of the County of Butte '
is hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant upon the monies
in the Butte County Fish and Game Propagation Fund in the sum of
ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), payable to the County of Shasta
for the purposes set forth in said Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the Countyl
of Butte, State of California, this 28th day of January ,
1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
